What career path will you choose?
There are two routes to choose from to maximise your career with the STR Group. You can either aspire to become a Billing Director and predominantly focus on your own financial performance or aspire to become a leader and go through the STR Leadership Academy, which is your pathway into management. What’s best is that the career pathway is clearly defined, with the criteria for ascendancy set out from day one.

What to expect in your first 6 months as a trainee
All graduates or trainees are enrolled on STR’s Global Recruiter Award-winning Training Academy, which is a fast-track programme to give you the very best foundations for a career in recruitment. This is a one-off opportunity that lasts between 6–12 months from the date you commence your academy training.
You will receive high-level training from an experienced trainer
You will take part on our purpose-built programme to support your development
You will have regular reviews & assessments to make sure you're on track
You will have the chance to go on Director's lunches for competition winners
