It began with a small office and 3 dedicated people who knew they could make recruitment a better experience for everyone – candidates, clients and consultants.

With an initial focus on technicians and engineers, we established a solid reputation with businesses within our region for efficiency, transparency and an in-depth knowledge of our industry and the candidate market.

With our customer base and reputation growing, we expanded our reach across the country to provide technical workers and management levels to clients based across the UK. Whilst remaining true to our roots, we opened up new opportunities to our loyal contractors and permanent candidates, and exponentially increased our headcount, moving to larger premises to accommodate demand.

With our Group split into niche-focused consultancies, launching internationally was the next logical step and, as our operational capabilities grew, so did our offering. We developed a menu of solutions from executive search and recruitment campaigns through to full MSP and RPO programmes. Providing staff and contractors at all levels across the globe, we enabled fully compliant, international hiring.
