WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS AS A GRAD/TRAINEE
All graduates or trainees are enrolled on STR’s Highly Commended Graduate Academy, which is a fast-track programme to give you the very best foundations for a career in recruitment. This is a one-off opportunity, which lasts between 6–12 months from the date you commence your academy training.
