Experience: James embarked on his career at STR in 2017 after graduating from university. He successfully built, developed and grew an engineering-focused desk in the life science sector. His clients varied from medical device to biotechnology. Following concurrent and double promotions, James progressed into leadership. In this role, he has helped the brand scale internationally and grow their European presence. Now, as an Operations Director, he is responsible for a team of international consultants covering the US and EU, providing an array of solutions to clients.
Leadership: James drives best practice and SOPs across his brand. He is responsible for targeting and onboarding new clients, as well as delivery within key accounts. Onboarding, training and development of new starters is also a key element of his role. James has a proven track record of developing high performers; his team consistently achieving promotions and winning global clients.
