Experience: Nathan Sutton has developed his entire recruitment career at STR, where he joined in 2012 and quickly established the Pharmaceutical division from scratch. He has built extensive expertise across life sciences sectors including pharma, medical devices and manufacturing, working across both UK and international markets. His experience covers a broad range of recruitment solutions, from contingent and retained search to Statement of Work delivery and market intelligence services.
Leadership: Now operating at Board level as Executive Director, Nathan brings significant leadership experience, including leading teams and scaling business units from inception. He played a key role in building the Life Sciences brand, Blackfield Associates, and continues to drive strategic growth, including international expansion. His leadership is characterised by developing people and future leaders, alongside building high-performing teams to deliver sustained commercial growth.
