Experience: James Rolfe has over 20 years’ experience in finance, with a background in financial planning, analysis and systems across major organisations. Since joining STR as Financial Controller in 2020, he has played a key role in supporting the business through significant periods of change, including the pandemic, and has progressed to Group Finance Director.
Leadership: James leads the Group’s finance function, managing a team and overseeing financial strategy, reporting and operational performance. His leadership extends to delivering complex projects, including financial modelling, system implementations and business restructuring initiatives. His approach combines technical financial expertise with strategic insight, supporting informed decision-making and long-term business stability.
