He has developed strong expertise in delivering RPO, permanent and international recruitment solutions, alongside leading technology integration initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across the business.
Leadership: In leadership roles since 2015, Darren has driven significant business growth, including co-building the Blackfield Associates brand into a multi-site operation. As Group Director of Operations and Board member, he oversees multiple business units and leads a significant headcount, contributing to overall group strategy. His leadership focuses on scaling operations, improving infrastructure and supporting continued international expansion.
