- Experience: Becoming part of the Risk & Compliance team 5 years ago, Nadine is experienced in contractor onboarding, client audits, supplier onboarding, contracts management, umbrella company relationships, AWR, data protection and all other aspects of worker compliance. She keeps STR up to date with the latest legislation and regulations, and helps to manage ISO processes, ensuring we meet the requisite high standards and levels of quality.
- Leadership: Nadine also leads the accreditations team, recently securing the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System accreditation and renewing our ISO 9001 Quality Management System accreditation on behalf of STR.
